INDICATIONS
1. Regurgitation of food from the Stomach and vomiting.[1,2]

3. Used to treat fever associated with Spleen/Stomach deficiency.
4. Old millet can arrest dysentery, relieve thirst and restlessness.
5. Millet is appropriate for treating dripping urination resulting from Damp Heat of the Spleen, Stomach and Kidney.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Less should be taken by those who are in a morbid condition resulting  from insufficiency of genuine Qi with endogenous Cold manifested as light  colored urine.[2]
Don't rub the seeds with your hands while washing them: avoid either soaking them for long or washing them in hot water.[2]
-Consumption of millet with apricot-seed could cause vomiting and diarrhea.[1]
PREPARATIONS:  To be decocted and made into gruel.[2]  Boil or cook as soup.[1]
