FUNCTIONS
GROUP: Treat Phlegm 
1. Eliminates Phlegm, subdues Internal Wind, strengthens the Spleen and dries Damp.
INDICATIONS
1. Upward disturbance of Wind-Phlegm; dizziness, vertigo, headache, stifling sensation in the chest, nausea or vomiting, expectoration of thick sputum. T- pale with white greasy coat. P- wiry and slippery.
APPLICATIONS: Meniere's disease, hypertension, migraine, epilepsy, coronary heart disease, gastroduodenal ulcers, benign positional vertigo.
INGREDIENTS
Pinellia ternata- 半夏 Bàn xià- Pinellia
Atractylodes macrocephala- 白术 Bái zhú- White Atractylodes
Gastrodia elata-  天麻 Tiān má-  Gastrodia tuber
Citrus tangerina- 橘紅 Jú hóng- Outermost red of Tangerine peel
Poria cocos- 茯苓 Fú líng- Hoelen fungus
Hordeum vulgare- 麦芽 Mài yá-  Malt, Germinated Barley
Zingiber officinale- 生姜 Shēng jiāng- Fresh Ginger rhizome
Alisma plantago- 泽泻 Zé xiè- Water plantain tuber, Alisma
Panax ginseng- 人參   Rén shēn- Asiatic Ginseng
Astragalus propinquus-  黃耆 Huáng qí- Astragalus
Phellodendron chinense- 黄柏 Huáng bǎi- Phellodendron
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Vertigo due to hyperactivity of Liver Yang or Blood deficiency
COMMENTS: This is a specific formula for dizziness or headache due to Phlegm Damp retention eg Meniere's disease
